Attachments

Attachment types are used to categorize the types of documents candidates attach to their profile and that recruiters attach to requisitions or applications.

Attachment types also categorize documents attached by and for resources. They can be tracked for various hire-related actions.

Documents can be specified to be copied from the candidate application to the candidate resource record. Administrators can specify the types of documents that are copied to candidate and resource records when these hire actions occur:

  • Hire
  • Rehire
  • Transfer
  • Promote
  • Add Assignment

If the implementation uses Transition Management, then program-level and task-level attachments and Symmetry Tax Forms can be copied to an employee resource record when a hire-related action is performed.
