Removing expired transfer requests

The expired transfer request actions must be manually removed, or scheduled to be run at a certain interval.

  1. Select Administrator > Utilities > Requested Transfers .
  2. Click Remove Expired Requests.
  3. Specify this information:
    Organization
    Select the organization.
    Number Of Days Old
    Specify the age of the requests to remove.
  4. Click Submit to run once or Schedule to run at a certain interval.
