Creating holiday time records for specific holiday schedules

  1. Select Time Administrator > Holidays > Holiday Schedules.
  2. Select the holiday schedule for which to create holiday time records.
  3. Click Create Holiday Time Records.
  4. Specify the date range of the holiday.
  5. To delete all prior errors for the holiday schedules that are being processed, select the Delete Prior Records check box.
  6. To create holiday time records at a later time, select Schedule.
  7. Click OK.
