Editing permissions and access to workspaces

Users with the PORTAL-ContentAdministrator security role can assign access to individual workspaces. In this process, you add all of the role types to a list and then select the level of permission that users who are assigned the role have.

  1. Sign into Infor OS Portal Workspaces.
  2. Click the navigation menu at the top right of the page.
  3. In the Applications section of the navigation menu, select OS to launch the OS admin application.
  4. On the Home tab of the OS admin app, click Portal..
  5. In the navigation menu, click Workspaces and select the category of workspaces in which the workspace for which you want to edit permissions resides.
  6. Select a workspace.
  7. In the table heading, click Permissions and select Edit Permissions.
  8. Specify the type of role.
  9. In the Search Role field, search for a role, then select it from the list. The role is added to the list. Repeat this step to add additional roles.
  10. Assign permissions to each role.
  11. Click Save.
