Editing permissions and access to workspaces
Users with the PORTAL-ContentAdministrator security role can assign access to individual workspaces. In this process, you add all of the role types to a list and then select the level of permission that users who are assigned the role have.
- Sign into Infor OS Portal Workspaces.
- Click the navigation menu at the top right of the page.
- In the section of the navigation menu, select to launch the OS admin application.
- On the Home tab of the OS admin app, click ..
- In the navigation menu, click and select the category of workspaces in which the workspace for which you want to edit permissions resides.
- Select a workspace.
- In the table heading, click and select .
- Specify the type of role.
- In the Search Role field, search for a role, then select it from the list. The role is added to the list. Repeat this step to add additional roles.
- Assign permissions to each role.
- Click .
