Workspaces require these products:

• Infor ION Connect release 11.1.x or later. The server with ION API must connect to the servers where HRT, WFM and Infor Portal are installed.
• HR Talent 2023.01 or later
• WFM 2023.01 or later. This is required only for Employee (Shift-based) and Manager (Shift-based) workspaces and their related widgets
• Infor Portal
  • All users: PORTAL-User
  • Content Administrator PORTAL-ContentAdministrator
• ION API
• Infor Birst 2021.11 or later
• Infor Artificial Intelligence: formerly Coleman. Currently available in MT cloud, US only
• Infor Ming.le Chat service
