Transformation preparation
- Sign in to Infor HR Talent as Administrator.
- Select Utilities > Payroll Data Transformation > Data Transformation.
- Click Transformation Preparation.
- Answer the questions that are displayed, then click Save. This begins the data collection process. The data collection process is complete when the date and time are displayed in the Process Last Refreshed column.

When the data collection process is complete, click Click Here to navigate to the Payroll Data
Transformation page where a table of records is displayed.
Note: On the Payroll Data Transformation page, these buttons are available:
- Review
- Opens the selected record.
- Refresh
- Refreshes the data on the screen after clicking Refresh Progress or Initiate Transformation.
- Refresh Progress
- Updates the Progress and Process Last Refreshed columns. As data records are updated, use this button to update the counts in these columns.
- Initiate Transformation
- Begins the transformation process. Click this button once all of the data records have been reviewed and updated.
- Verify Payroll Enablement
- Double checks the payroll transformation data records to identify if any data was updated during the time that you were reviewing the data, requiring it to be reviewed and updated. Use this button if an error is displayed when you try to enable payroll.
- Select Utilities > Payroll Data Transformation > Preparation Errors. Check if any errors occurred during the process of copying data to the table or records on the Payroll Data Transformation page. If errors exist, use the description in the Error Message column to identify and fix the errors.
