A payroll administrator can create new time
records in an existing batch. This is useful in instances such as when an employee is
not able to create a time record, and the payroll administrator must create it in a
batch of time records so that the batch balances to expected totals.

Select a batch.

In the Batch section, click Create.

Specify this information:
- Batch Number
- Optionally, specify a batch number for the time record.
- Employment ID
- Specify the employment ID.
- Work Assignment
- Specify the work assignment.
- Date
- Specify a date.
- Hours
- Optionally, specify the hours and the units for the time
record.
- Pay Code
- Specify a pay code.
- Amount
- If you specified a value in the Hours field, specify an
amount.
- Currency
- Optionally, specify a currency.
- Shift
- Optionally, specify a shift.
- Check Group
- Optionally, select a check group.
- Process Group
- Optionally, select a process group.
- Tax Frequency Override
- Optionally, select a frequency for the tax frequency
override.

Specify a value for any other applicable fields.

Click Save.
