Viewing overtime records

  • To view created overtime records, select Payroll Administrator > Cycle Processing > Overtime > Created Overtime.
  • To view created overtime records for off cycle processing, select Payroll Administrator > Off Cycle Processing > Overtime > Created Overtime.
  • To view calculated overtime records, select Payroll Administrator > Cycle Processing > Overtime > Calculated Overtime.
    Note: When overtime is paid but no overtime is due to the employee, the employee and the calculation are still displayed on the report.

    The detail section contains the Supplied Overtime records. The records include adjustments on the Overtime Rate, Overtime Premium Amount, and Employee Time Record Amount that were calculated after running the Calculated Overtime action.

  • To view calculated overtime records for off cycle processing, select Payroll Administrator > Off Cycle Processing > Overtime > Calculated Overtime.
  • To view overtime errors, select Payroll Administrator > Cycle Processing > Overtime > Overtime Errors.
  • To view overtime errors for off cycle processing, select Payroll Administrator > Off Cycle Processing > Overtime > Overtime Errors.
