Tips for reconciling amounts
Gross Pay – Non Cash Income + Non Earnings – Employee Paid Deductions + Add To Net Deductions = Net Pay
Gross Pay from Payments or Payment Totals panel does not include Non Earnings. Only include Wage Totals from Wage and Deduction Totals panel where Non Earnings= No for balancing to Gross Pay.
Employee Paid Deductions = Employee Paid Taxes + Employee Paid Other Deductions from the payment details.
Check Net + Direct Deposits = Net Pay
Shift Rate x Hours + Pay Rate x Hours = Amount in Earnings table
