Using configurable fields for multiple worksite reporting

You can override employee counts and the worksite description on the report. You can add comment codes and additional comments to the report.

  1. Sign in as Payroll Administrator.
  2. Select Regulatory Reporting > Multiple Worksite Reporting > Configurable Fields.
  3. Click Add Row to edit the table inline or click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Worksite Identification Code
    Select the identification code for the worksite.
    Worksite Description Override
    Optionally, specify a description to override the default description of the worksite.
    Reporting Unit Number
    Optionally, specify a reporting unit number.
    Employee Count Override
    Optionally, specify an employee count override for month 1, 2, and 3.
    Comment Code
    Optionally, specify a comment code from the Bureau Of Labor Statistics. The description is completed by default.
    Comments
    Optionally, specify comments about the override.
  5. Click Save.
