Calculate weeks worked
- Select Payroll Administrator > Regulatory Reporting > State Quarterly Reporting > Weeks Worked Calculation > Calculate Weeks Worked.
- Specify this information:
- Legal Entity
- Specify a the legal entity to calculate weeks worked for.
- Legal Establishment
- Optionally, specify the legal establishment to calculate weeks worked for.
- Employee- Begin
- Specify the begin date to calculate weeks worked from.
- End
- Specify the end date to calculate weeks worked until.
- Payroll Year
- Specify the payroll year to calculate weeks worked for.
- Quarter
- Specify the quarter to calculate weeks worked for.
- Work State
- Select the work state to calculate weeks worked for.
- Pay Class
- Specify a pay class to count weeks worked based on specific pay.
- Calculation Method
- Select a calculation method. These options are
available:
- Work Period – Counts the number of weeks within a pay period that have history time records in the quarter you specified.
- Time Record – Counts the number of unique week periods that have history time records in the quarter you specified.
- Hourly Time Record – Processes salaried employees by pay period, and processes hourly employees by time record date.
- Salaried Time Record – Processes salaried employees by time record date, and processes hourly employees by pay period.
- Maximum Number Of Weeks
- Specify a maximum number of weeks to calculate weeks worked for.Note: The maximum number of weeks in a quarter is 15. Do not specify a number greater than 15.
- Include History Time Records With No Hours
- Select whether or not to include history time records with no hours in the weeks worked calculation.
