Creating the bank details as an employee

Before employees are notified that they cannot create bank details with more active bank accounts than the maximum allowed, administrators must initially set the maximum number of active bank accounts for each employee within Infor HR Talent. This configuration process also determines the maximum number of bank details that can be created.

To alert employees when they have reached the maximum number of active bank details, an Error window is displayed.

However, if employees attempt to create new bank details with the same start date or update existing bank details with the same end date, they encounter restrictions that prevent them from exceeding the maximum allowed number of active bank details.

See Configuring active bank accounts.

  1. Select Employee > My Profile > Personal Information.
  2. Create bank details:
    1. Click Add in the Bank Details section.
    2. Select the I Agree check box in the Add Bank Details window.
    3. In the Country/Jurisdiction field, specify the country where the resource’s bank account was created.

If the specified country or jurisdiction in the Add Bank Account window is different from the resource’s work country or jurisdiction, international bank account information is displayed. Otherwise, domestic bank account information is displayed.

The fields under international or domestic bank account information are determined by the format setup for a specific country.

See Configuring the bank account validation format for specific countries in the Infor HR Talent Setup and Administration Guide.

    4. Specify the bank account information:
      • If IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is the bank account format, use one of these methods to validate the information:
        • Specify the IBAN check digits, bank code, branch code, account number, and national check digits of the resource’s bank account. The fields that are displayed vary by country. The IBAN field is populated based on the information from the other fields.
