Viewing retroactive pay code changes

The retroactive calculation process captures changes made to pay code that affect gross wages without a pay related change being triggered on the employee’s work assignment. These fields trigger the creation of a Retroactive Pay Code Change record:

  • Percent
  • Rate or Amount
  • Shift Percent 1–4
  • Shift Amount 1–4
  • Shift Table
  1. Select Payroll Administrator > Time Record Processing > Retroactive Time Record Changes > Retroactive Pay Code Changes.
  2. Click one of these tabs to view more information:
    • Not Processed: Pay Changes for which Retroactive Pay has not been calculated.
    • In Batch: Pay Changes for which Retroactive Pay has been calculated. Retroactive Pay time records in Batch status are displayed.
    • On Hold: Pay Changes for which Retroactive Pay could not be calculated or is not due. The status is changed to On Hold when Retroactive Pay could not be calculated or is not due. You can manually change a Retroactive Pay record to On Hold status.
    • Processed: Pay Changes for which Retroactive Pay has been calculated. Retroactive Pay time records that have been released are displayed.
    • All: All Pay Change records.
    • Error: Pay Change records for which an error occurred when the Calculate Retroactive Pay action was invoked.
