Active bank accounts of employees

If the number of an employee's active bank accounts exceeds the maximum number permitted, users with these roles are notified:

• Administrator
• Manager
• Employee

If the number of active bank accounts exceeds the maximum, then these windows are shown:

• Confirmation Required: Administrators are notified when the bank details for a resource are created and updated.
