Troubleshooting threaded payments

When you make action configuration changes that affect thread size, the changes affect time records that were created after the changes were made.

To apply the changes to existing unprocessed records, use this procedure:

  1. Unlock the payment schedule.
  2. Move the time records to future status and then back to current status.
  3. Lock the payment schedule.
