Tax provider codes

Tax provider codes are tied to employee-paid and company-paid deduction codes with a deduction type other than tax or garnishment. The tax provider code is passed to BSI to determine the taxability of deductions. The payroll tax status values are mapped to tax provider codes.

Tax provider codes are provided as part of the installation of HR Payroll. They are provided with the BSI default mappings for each payroll tax status.

You can also manually define additional tax provider codes.
