Creating an eligibility group for the Unemployment Insurance report

  1. Sign in as Payroll Administrator.
  2. Select Setup > Custom Groups.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Custom Group
    Specify a name for the custom group.
    Effective Date
    Specify the date for the change to take effect.
    Active
    Verify that this check box is selected.
    Business Class
    Select TaxAuthority.
    Condition
    Specify a condition. For example, TaxState = “MN” to process employees from Minnesota.
  5. Click Save.
  6. In the Custom Group Subjects table, click Create.
  7. Specify this information:
    Subject
    Specify HCMGroupUnemploymentReport.
    Effective Date
    Specify the date for the change to take effect.
  8. Click Save.
