Generating an unemployment report

Sign in as Payroll Administrator.

Select .

Click Generate Unemployment
Report.

Specify this information:
- Run Option
- Select a run option. These options are available:
- Legal Entity – HR Payroll creates an unemployment report for the
selected legal entity based on where the wages were paid. If
you select this run option, you must also select a valid
legal entity in the Legal
Entity field.
- Legal Establishment – HR Payroll creates an unemployment report
for the selected legal establishment based on where the
wages were paid. If you select this run option, you must
also select a valid legal entity and legal establishment in
the Legal Entity
and Legal
Establishment fields.
- Report All – HR Payroll creates an unemployment report for all
legal entities and legal establishments in the payroll year
and quarter you select. If you select this option, you must
leave the Legal
Entity and
Legal Establishment fields blank.
- Legal Entity
- Optionally, select the legal entity to generate an unemployment report for.
Select the legal entity that corresponds to the run option you
selected.
- Legal Establishment
- Optionally, select the legal establishment to generate an unemployment report
for. Select the legal establishment that corresponds to the run
option you selected.
- Payroll Year
- Specify the payroll year to generate an unemployment report
for.
- Quarter
- Select the quarter to generate an unemployment report
for.
- Eligibility Group
- Optionally, select a custom group that is based on work
assignments. For example, you can filter tax states from a tax
authority.
- Hours Worked
- Optionally, select the pay class for the type of hours
worked. For example, vacation or regular. The pay class is the basis
of the employer’s total hours worked and the employee’s hours worked
for each quarter. If you leave this field blank, the Hours Worked
column in the report is zero .

Click Submit.
