One-time deduction imports

One-time employee deductions can be imported manually by CSV or automatically by ION.

• The manual and automatic import processes depend on the EmployeeOneTimeDeductionImport business class as a staging table where records are loaded before being created in EmployeeOneTimeDeduction.
• Results of automated and manual processes can be viewed and managed at Payroll Administrator > Deduction Maintenance > One Time Deductions > One Time Deduction Import.
