Generating a submission file for the Bureau of Labor Statistics

  1. Select Payroll Administrator > Regulatory Reporting > Current Employment Statistics Reporting > Current Employment Statistics Reporting > .
  2. Select a tax authority.
  3. Click Generate Current Employment Statistics Survey.
  4. Specify this information:
    Payroll Year
    Select a payroll year.
    Month
    Select a month.
    Run Option
    Select Legal Entity, Legal Establishment, or Report All.
    Legal Entity
    If you selected Legal Entity or Legal Establishment in the Run Option field, select a legal entity.
    Legal Establishment
    If you selected Legal Establishment in the Run Option field, select a legal establishment. The legal establishment must be defined in the tax authority number.
    File Creation Setup
    The default is the numerical value for the Current Employee Statistics Survey. Do not change this value.
    All
    Select an eligibility group.
    Production
    Optionally, select a custom group for production.
    Construction
    Optionally, select a custom group for construction.
    Nonsupervisory
    Optionally, select a nonsupervisory custom group.
    All
    Select a pay class.
    Overtime
    Optionally, select a pay class for overtime.
    Commissions
    Optionally, select a pay class for commissions.
    Commissions Pay Period End Date
    If you specified a pay class for commissions, specify the end date for the commissions pay period.
  5. Click Submit.
