Generating a submission file for the Bureau of Labor Statistics

Select Payroll Administrator > Regulatory Reporting > Current Employment
Statistics Reporting > Current Employment Statistics Reporting.

Select a tax authority.

Click Generate Current Employment Statistics
Survey.
- Specify this information:
- Payroll Year
- Select a payroll year.
- Month
- Select a month.
- Run Option
- Select Legal Entity,
Legal Establishment, or Report
All.
- Legal Entity
- If you selected Legal Entity or
Legal Establishment in the Run Option field, select a legal
entity.
- Legal Establishment
- If you selected Legal Establishment
in the Run Option field,
select a legal establishment. The legal establishment must be
defined in the tax authority number.
- File Creation Setup
- The default is the numerical value for the Current Employee
Statistics Survey. Do not change this value.
- All
- Select an eligibility group.
- Production
- Optionally, select a custom group for
production.
- Construction
- Optionally, select a custom group for
construction.
- Nonsupervisory
- Optionally, select a nonsupervisory custom
group.
- All
- Select a pay class.
- Overtime
- Optionally, select a pay class for overtime.
- Commissions
- Optionally, select a pay class for
commissions.
- Commissions Pay Period End Date
- If you specified a pay class for commissions, specify the
end date for the commissions pay period.

Click Submit.
