Mass create one-time deductions

As a payroll administrator, you can mass create one-time deductions for a group of employees. For example, you can create a one-time holiday charitable donation amount. These one-time deductions can be mass created using the Mass Create One-Time Deduction action. One-time deduction records can be created in Future status so that they are not processed with the current payroll cycle. They can also be created in Current status so that they are processed with the current payroll cycle.
