Using employee configurable fields for multiple worksite reporting

You can configure an employee before generating the report. For example, if an employee works throughout the state without a specific worksite or home location, you can assign a worksite override. The employee is reported in a statewide capacity.

  1. Sign in as Payroll Administrator.
  2. Select Regulatory Reporting > Multiple Worksite Reporting > Employee Configurable Fields.
  3. Click Add Row to specify the employee configurable fields in the table.

    Click Create to specify the employee configurable fields on the Multiple Worksite Reporting Configurable Fields page.

  4. Specify this information:
    Employment ID
    Specify the ID for the employee.
    Name
    Specify the name of the employee.
    Worksite Override
    Specify the location to override for the employee.
  5. Click Save.
