Modeled payments for administrators

Use these procedures to process modeled payments for administrators.

Payroll administrators can use this function to perform these actions:

  • Make tax-related W-4 information changes
  • Change the resident state and local authorities
  • Adjust pre-tax and after-tax deduction amounts to determine their impact on taxes and net pay
  • Configure which deduction cycle and pay codes are used when the employee models a payment
  • Configure which voluntary deductions are visible for employee entry

To view modeled payments, select Payroll Administrator > Off Cycle Processing > Modeled Payments.
