Printing payments to PDF

You can print payments to PDF to preserve a snapshot of payments before data is updated or replicated again.

  1. Click Print to PDF.
  2. Click Advanced Options.
  3. Select All Records.
  4. From the Print Options list, select the level of detail to be printed.
    Note: The font point size offset has been preset to -5 for all columns to be displayed without wrapping.
  5. Click Print.

    The PDF includes information such as the organization name and logo. This information can be configured on the organization setup page.

    To print payments on each page with page breaks, select the Page Break On Payroll Register check box when configuring payroll.
