Mass adding additional payroll distribution overrides
- Select Payroll Administrator > Setup > Payroll Distribution Override > Deduction.
- Click Mass Add Deductions.

Specify this information:
- Position
- Select a position to create the payroll distribution override for.
- Deduction Class
- Select a deduction class to create the payroll distribution override for.
- Expense Account
- Specify all or part of the expense account.
- Accrual Account
- Specify all or part of the accrual account.
- Click Submit.
