Mass adding additional payroll distribution overrides

  1. Select Payroll Administrator > Setup > Payroll Distribution Override > Deduction.
  2. Click Mass Add Deductions.
  3. Specify this information:
    Position
    Select a position to create the payroll distribution override for.
    Deduction Class
    Select a deduction class to create the payroll distribution override for.
    Expense Account
    Specify all or part of the expense account.
    Accrual Account
    Specify all or part of the accrual account.
  4. Click Submit.
