Wage and tax compliance documents

Infor Document Management (IDM) has been integrated with HR Talent to enable the generation of electronic wage and tax compliance documents.

• Employers can generate and distribute electronic year-end compliance documents.
• Employers can generate a .csv file that contains only employees who require a physical copy of the compliance document.
• Employees can enable paperless delivery and access the generated compliance document from their employee profile.
