Setting email automation

  1. Select Payroll.
  2. Select Administration.
  3. Click the Setup tab.
  4. In the Compliance Documents pane, click Email Automation.
  5. Specify the options for the Enable Paperless Delivery and Disable Paperless Delivery fields.
    • No Email: No email is sent if paperless delivery is enabled.
    • Automatic Email: An email is sent automatically if paperless delivery is enabled. If you select this option, specify a template in the Email Template field.
  6. Click Save.
