Updating employee information

You must update certain information on the employee record before you can generate W-2 files. Use the information that you received when you verified employee Social Security numbers to make changes to Social Security information.

  1. Select Payroll.
  2. Select Resources.
  3. On the Resource Search tab, search for and open the resource record to update.
  4. Update the employee's name, address, or Social Security number.
    Note: The Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands requires the Citizenship Country information for each employee. Select a valid country code for CNMI employees.
  5. Click Save.
