Specify the Pennsylvania Individual Taxpayer ID Number in the field located at Payroll Administrator > Regulatory Reporting > Year End Reporting > Employee Configurable Fields > Employee Year End Parameters. This number can be used on the W-2 when an employee has no Social Security Number.
