Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA) reimbursement amount

You must report amounts paid under QSEHRA plan in Box 12 of your W-2 form.

If you do not pay your QSEHRA benefits using the Payroll system, specify the amount to be reported on the W-2 for the employee's QSEHRA pay.
