Updating employee information

You must update certain information on the employee record before you can generate W-2 files. Use the information that you received when you verified employee Social Security numbers to make changes to Social Security information.

  1. Select Administrator > Resources > Resources.
  2. Search for and open the resource record to update.
  3. Update the employee's name, address, or Social Security number.
    Note: The Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands requires the Citizenship Country information for each employee. Select a valid country code for CNMI employees.
  4. Click Save.
