Changing the status of completed appraisals

Managers and proxy managers can revert employee and peer copies of completed appraisals that are in Historical status.

When an appraisal has been completed, but additional information is required, the appraisal can be reverted to In Progress status. Appraisal owners are notified based on the notification preferences. If you revert an appraisal to In Progress status, you must finalize the appraisal again before submitting it for acknowledgment.

  1. Select Manager > Review Performance.
  2. On the Completed tab, select the appraisal.
  3. Select All Actions > Revert To In Progress. The appraisal returns to the Active tab.
