Configuring pulse surveys for mobile devices

Additional configuration is required to enable pulse surveys on mobile devices.

  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Structure > Mobile Configurations.
  2. Open your organization. If a record does not exist, create a record for your organization.
  3. Select the Enable Access to Default Application check box.
  4. On the Mobile Employee tab, select the Enable check box.
  5. On the Mobile Manager tab, select the Enable check box.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Select Administration Console.
  8. On the Configuration Parameters tab, set the ShowContinuousPerformance and ShowContinuousPerformanceByDefault parameters to true.
  9. Select Administrator > Set Up > Structure > Mobile Configurations.
  10. Select the Enable Pulse Survey check box.
  11. Click Save.
