Setting up award templates

Nomination award templates are certificates that can be given to employees who receive awards from a nomination program. The templates can be created as a PDF or RTF file and saved to a local or network drive.

Use this procedure to set up award templates:

  1. Sign in as Administrator. The administrator must be assigned the Employee Recognition Administration role.
  2. Select Employee Engagement > Raves > Setup > Templates > Nomination Award Templates.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Template
    Provide a name for the template. Optionally, you can provide a description for the template. If the description field is blank, then the template name is used by default.
    Active
    Verify that this check box is selected.
    File
    Browse to the PDF or RTF file to use as the template.
  5. Click Save.
