Copying appraisal forms

Sign in as an administrator to duplicate an appraisal form.

  1. Select Performance > Appraisal forms.
  2. Click the Forms tab.
  3. Select Actions > Copy Appraisal Form.
  4. Define the new appraisal form.
  5. Click OK.
