Rating distribution
Administrators and managers can view the organization's performance by using rating distribution, which provides a holistic view into employee performance at the rating distribution level.
Managers can use the rating distribution chart to compare the employees based on their performance.
Each employee appraisal is calculated using the normalization calculation method, and the data is displayed in the rating distribution chart. Before enabling the rating distribution, administrators must configure the appraisal form that is used for the appraisal.
Administrators can configure the rating distribution by specifying the ranges of the rating levels, the rating scales that are defined for the performance appraisal, and the period when the appraisal starts and ends.
