Completing other-rater appraisals

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select My Reviews or My Profile > Performance.
  3. Click the Other Rater tab and select the appraisal.
  4. From the toolbar, click Start Appraisal or Continue Appraisal.
  5. Optionally, click the Instructions toolbar button to view the organization's directions for completing the sections.
    Some sections are displayed only if configured.
  6. Select the available sections and specify this information:
    Our Values
    Review the values and select the I have read and understand Our Values check box.
    Evaluate Criteria
    Specify ratings and provide comments for each criteria section.
    Overall Evaluation Comments
    Provide comments for the overall performance appraisal.
  7. If the Submit section is available, then click Submit. When prompted, click OK.
  8. Optionally, to mark the section as completed, click Mark Section As Reviewed. Select the Completed Activities check box and click Submit. If there are unvalidated items, then a confirmation message is displayed. Click OK.
  9. To exit the form and continue later, click Save And Close. To resume, click Continue Appraisal.
    You can modify your responses. Save each section that you change.
  10. When the other-rater appraisal is complete, click Submit.
