Bypassing the acknowledgment process manually

  1. Select Administrator > Performance > Appraisal Maintenance.
  2. On the Ready For Review tab, select the Ready For Review or Pending Acknowledgment appraisal.
  3. Click All Actions > Manual Acknowledgment.

    A prompt displays, warning you that this will bypass the acknowledgment process.

  4. Click OK to continue.

    The appraisal is moved to Historical status.
