Monitoring managers' appraisal dashboards

Administrators and HR generalists have access to an appraisal dashboard that lets them view the status of the appraisals for each manager's direct reports. For each manager, they see the same view that the manager has on the manager's appraisal dashboard.

For information on the managers' appraisal dashboard, see the Infor HR Talent Manager User Guide.

Note: Each appraisal list displays only the appraisals for the selected manager's direct reports. For example, Manager A has three direct reports, B, C, and D. D is a manager with two direct reports, E and F. The list for A includes appraisals that are assigned to B, C, and D. The list for D includes appraisals that are assigned to E and F.
  1. Select Performance > Appraisal Dashboard. The Managers tab displays the supervisor structure.
  2. To view a manager's appraisals that are still being worked on:

Note: The pie chart includes all statuses except for Preliminary and Completed. The Submit status includes finalized manager, employee, and peer appraisals. For other statuses, the appraisal form settings determine whether you can see the employee self-appraisals or peer review appraisals before they are submitted.
