Assuming that the rating scale for the overall appraisal is a five-level scale:
Section | Section non-weighted percentage | Section weight |
---|---|---|
Goal section | 0.6334 | 40 |
Position section | 0.5575 | 40 |
Competency model - weighted section | 0.545 | 30 |
Competency group 1 | 0.5889 | 30 |
Competency group 2 | 0.7833 | 20 |
Criteria section | 0.5833 | 40 |
Third-party section | 0.8 | 10 |
Total weights | 210 | |
Overall appraisal score based on an overall rating scale with 5 levels | ((0.6334*40) +( 0.5575*40) + (0.545*30) + (0.5889*30) + (0.7833*20) + (0.5833*40) + (0.8*10)) / 210 * 5 = 3.06 |
If rating scores are specified on the rating scale, the rating level that corresponds to the rating score is displayed. If the rating scale does not have scores, the manager can select an appropriate rating level that is based on the calculated score.
If the appraisal form setup allows it, the manager can change the rating level.
