Defining or requesting position plan budgets
Depending on your organization practices, you may be able to create budgets without approval using the Create action. Or, you may be required to route budgets for approval using the Request A New Budget action. Position budget managers and administrators can define or request budgets for position plans in any status. Managers always require approval and can only request budgets for active position plans.
