Setting up the Headcount field for a relationship status

Some setup is required for the Headcount field on the Relationship Status tab. This field is used to determine if resources are part of Position Monitoring.

  1. Sign in as Administrator.
  2. Select Set Up > Resource Components > Resource Relationships.
    Use the Resource Relationships page to define the relationship a resource has with an organization. For example, employee, volunteer, or contract.
  3. Click Relationship Status.
  4. Open the relationship or relationship status record or select a value in the Headcount field.
    • The default value is Active.
    • Select Active or Not Active to include employees that are associated with this relationship and relationship from position budget counts.
    • Select Excluded to exclude employees that are associated with this relationship and relationship status from position budget counts.
  5. Click Save.
    Note: 

    If the Headcount field for the Relationship Status or Assignment Type is changed, then run the action to rebuild the budget counts for any active position plan.
