Changing a clinician on a health record

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Occupational Health > Maintain Health Records > Expiration Maintenance.
    Or, select Occupational Health > Maintain Health Records > Health Records.

    Or, select Home > Monitor Health Records.

  3. Click the appropriate tab.
  4. Access a list of health records and open a row.
  5. Click the Resource Health Components tab.
  6. Select a row, then select More Actions (ellipsis) > Change Clinician.
    Specify this information:
    Reason
    Select an action reason.
    New Clinician
    Select a clinician from the list. If the clinician is missing from the list, then you can add the clinician.

    New Other Clinician
    Specify the name of a clinician who is not listed in the New Clinician field.
    Healthcare Treatment Facility
    Select a facility from the list.
    Comments
    Add information about this change.
  7. Click Submit.
