Changing a clinician on a health record
- Sign in as Health & Safety Management.

Select Occupational Health > Maintain Health Records > Expiration Maintenance.
Or, select Occupational Health > Maintain Health Records > Health Records.
Or, select Home > Monitor Health Records.
- Click the appropriate tab.
- Access a list of health records and open a row.
- Click the Resource Health Components tab.

Select a row, then select More Actions (ellipsis) > Change Clinician.
Specify this information:
- Reason
- Select an action reason.
- New Clinician
- Select a clinician from the list. If the clinician is missing from the list, then you can add the clinician.
- New Other Clinician
- Specify the name of a clinician who is not listed in the New Clinician field.
- Healthcare Treatment Facility
- Select a facility from the list.
- Comments
- Add information about this change.
- Click Submit.
