Perform this task to change the
pre-defined appointment for an employee who received it as a member of a group.

Sign in as Health & Safety Management.

Select .

In the Appointment
List pane, select the check box for an appointment.

In the Appointments pane, select the check box for the employee whose appointment
must change.

Specify this information:
- Appointment

Change the pre-defined appointment to assign to this employee. If
a suitable appointment is not available, then you can create one.

- Optionally, explain the reason for the change.

Click Submit.
An updated email is sent to this employee only.
