Viewing history of a health record
- Sign in as Health & Safety Management.

Select Occupational Health > Maintain Health Records > Expiration Maintenance.
Or, select Occupational Health > Maintain Health Records > Health Records.
Or, select Home > Monitor Health Records.
- Click the Employees tab.
- Open a row on the list of health records.
- Click the Resource Health Component History tab.

Open a row on the components list.
The Resource Health Component History page is displayed.

View this information about audit actions that occurred after
the component was assigned to this resource:
- Audit Info
- View information about the assignment date, user ID of the assigner, and reason code for the assignment.
- Dates
- View critical dates during the life cycle of this assignment: Assigned, Due, Completed, Expiration, Next Due.
- Details
- View the assignment status, for example In Progress. View a summary of important characteristics and whether they are present for this assignment. For example, test results, whether the employee refused, and more.
- Costs
- View costs-to-date that have been entered for this assignment.
- Click the browser Back button to return to the previous page.
