Viewing health-and-safety correspondence

Your user profile must have the Health & Safety Management permission to perform this task.

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Occupational Health > History > Correspondence.
  3. Optionally, specify search parameters to limit the data displayed.
  4. Click Search.

    A list is displayed of all correspondence that was sent to resources reminding them of an overdue components, appointments, and more.

  5. Optionally, open a row to view details of a contact.
    The Employee Contact page is displayed.
    Note: The Contact Notes field is populated with the content that was entered in the Comment field when the contact was created.
