Configuring alert thresholds
- Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
- Select Set Up > Organization Configuration.
- Open the row for an organization record
- Click the Alerts tab.

In the Occupational Health
panel, specify this information:
- Alert for approaching expiration

Number of days to calculate when assignments are displayed on the Expiring tab within the Maintain Health Records > Expiration Maintenance menu.
- Alert for approaching due date

Number of days to calculate when assignments are displayed on the Approaching Due Date tab within the Monitor Health Components > Overdue Components menu.
- Renew components

Number of days before the expiration date that the component can be renewed.
On the date of the renewal, the health component is created. If an email template is selected for the Assign rule, then a notification is sent after the health component is created.
- Click Save.
