Assignment completion
After an employee completes a health component, it is routed for approval by a health and safety administrator. After approval, the completed component becomes part of the employee health record.
Completion of a component by an employee places it into Completed By Employee status. You can update the component to Complete status. For example, you can update the component status for employees if you get their test results or proof of a procedure.
It is important to maintain records promptly for organization metrics and to prevent employees from receiving configured alerts. If components are linked in a series, then the completion of one component may trigger the assignment of the next component.
If a component was configured for inclusion on the clearance list, then its completion triggers a default status change to Cleared. See Employee clearance.
