Canceling an appointment for one employee
- Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
- Select Occupational Health > Monitor Health Components > All Appointments.
- On the Today or Future tab, select the check box for an employee appointment record.
- Select an employee appointment record.
- Select More Actions (ellipsis) > Cancel Email.

Specify this information:
- Reason
- Optionally, specify a reason code.
- Comments
- Provide comments to track with this canceled appointment.

Click Submit.
A cancellation message is sent to this employee only.
