Canceling a group appointment
- Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
- Select Occupational Health > Monitor Health Components > Group Appointments.
- In the Appointment List panel, select the check box for an appointment.
- Select More Actions (ellipsis) > Cancel Email.
- Verify that the email described on this page is the one to cancel.

Specify this information:
- Reason
- Optionally, specify a reason code. Recipients do not see this value.
- Comments
- Provide comments to track with this canceled appointment. Recipients do not see comments.

Click Submit.
A message that announces the cancellation is sent to all employees who were invited to this appointment.
